
Statement
Gil Zablodovsky (b. 1981) lives and works in Bat Yam, Israel.
A multidisciplinary artist who mainly works in video art and installation.
Member and founder of the artists' collective 'Grosso Modo' Tel Aviv.
Holds a BA in Visual Communication and Education (B.ED) from the Higher School of Design, HaKabutzim Seminar (2011).
Graduated with a MA in Integrated Design (M.DES) from the Holon Institute of Technology - HIT.
He has presented his works in major exhibition spaces and festivals in Israel and abroad, the Jewish Museum of Berlin, the Jewish Museum of New York, the Zebra Festival in Germany, the Grosso Modo Gallery in Tel Aviv.
As a significant part of his work over the years, he has been engaged in sound research and builds sound-based and site-dependent installations.
